DevOps Engineer

We develop a comprehensive platform for insurance companies that automates all aspects of their operations.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join the team that ensures the stability and development of the company's IT infrastructure.

Team objectives

• Ensuring stable, secure and uninterrupted operation of the entire company's IT infrastructure and client environments
• Supporting and developing infrastructure for development teams: CI/CD, servers, databases, networks, cloud and on-prem solutions
• Participating in the implementation and support of infrastructure and technical projects for internal teams and clients

Your key responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining server infrastructure based on Linux (CentOS / RHEL)
• Developing, configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI
• Deploying and administering containerized applications (Docker / Docker Compose)
• Administering PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server databases (installation, configuration, backup)
• Configuring and maintaining the log monitoring stack (ELK: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Infrastructure monitoring and alerting using Zabbix
• Administering and configuring web servers NGINX, Apache, Tomcat
• Managing VMware vSphere infrastructure and cloud services; maintaining Azure Virtual Desktop templates
• Writing Shell/Bash scripts for automating routine operations
• Configuration automation using Ansible
• Participating in building and improving DevOps processes, identifying bottlenecks and independently initiating solutions
• Mentoring junior colleagues, helping develop their technical competencies
• Actively using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate daily tasks

What we expect from you

• 4+ years of commercial experience (Linux/UNIX (CentOS, RHEL) and Windows systems)
• Experience installing and administering MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Experience with ELK stack and Zabbix monitoring tools
• Experience with web servers NGINX, IIS, Apache, Tomcat
• Experience with Hypervisor (VMware) and cloud services
• Docker containerization experience
• Experience with GitLab version control system
• Practical use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Perplexity, etc.)
• Experience automating tasks through AI: pipeline generation, log analysis, writing Bash/Ansible scripts, SQL, documentation
