End-to-end digital sales platform powering 3 insurance products with KEP digital signature, DIA government integration, and automated underwriting for one of Ukraine's largest insurers.
Client challenge
ARX Insurance — operating on the Ukrainian market since 1994 and #1 in CASCO insurance for 17 consecutive years — relied primarily on its agent network for sales. The company had no unified online sales capability. Each product had its own calculation logic, and existing backend systems couldn't support a modern web-based purchase flow across multiple product lines. ARX needed a fully digital sales channel to complement its branch and agent network.
We built a configurable web insurance shop on the Sagax Digital platform, enabling ARX to sell 3 insurance products online — from calculation to policy issuance — without visiting a branch.
